Let’s be honest: Lake Espresso Cafe doesn’t attempt to be fancy. Nor is the food. But for delightful views over the Claremont Golf Course and really, really good coffee, this place is very simple and delivers a lovely setting, and is really worth a visit. The food is very limited and simple yet their breakfast wraps with a special and secret relish is oh so yummy!!We continue to come back to Lake Espresso Cafe; a good place to meet friends, read the newspaper and just relax from the chaos of everyday life. Love this place!

The location is outstanding. A place for peaceful contemplation. Very community focussed with local customers. The coffee was average, not as smooth as some blends and (as I have said before) can we have an espresso cup?
Top of world. They do the best with what they have available to them. Fantastic guys, great atmosphere and A1 coffee. Perfect for a sit down, outlook on the lake is great.
A park cafe that serves exceptional coffee – hooray! It’s been a while since we’ve visited Lake Espresso and on a bustling Father’s Day I’m happy to say our long blacks were great. There’s been some new additions to the cafe like the alfresco covered area and a heater. The cafe overlooks Lake Claremont and the small golf course, it’s dog friendly too. Great laid back atmosphere. Access the cafe off Davies road or cycle/ walk up to the deck via the path around the Lake. waytoomuchcoffee.com
A Hidden Treasure. Unbelievable coffee, great little brekky wraps and some of the most fascinating and well groomed staff of any cafe in Perth. A hole in the wall that deserves to be found.
