Some of the best suburban Chinese food in Perth as fas I am concerned. The crispy skin chicken with vinegar sauce is actually better than Billy Lee’s in Northbridge. The Singapore Noodles are also pretty awesome. I know how to cook a lot of these sorts of dishes myself (thanks to Khoan Vong/Wok of Fury) so I don’t get Chinese take away all that often anymore but I would definitely get New Panda if I was going to pick some up. I have dined in a few times too and the service is very good. Recommended.
