Teriyaki Salmon Bento Box was good but not the best teriyaki Ive had. Food was fresh, I liked the miso soup and the decor was quite fresh although it felt a little cold (atmosphere wise). E enjoyed her Teriyaki Chicken but wasnt a huge fan of the sushi. As I said I liked mine and would be keen to try other types. I will probably be back for a quick sushi lunch before a movie or if the dim sum place next door is too busy ha!
This place isn’t authentic Japanese food. We had the Teriyaki Salmon Don, Oyako Don (both fish and chicken were dry), teriyaki tofu (tofu tasted good but the coating was chewy), plain udon (best dish we had in this place, nice noodles with good flavoured stock), gyoza prawns (tasted like a Chinese dumpling filling instead) and fried chicken wings (they had a nice crunch but was quite plain in taste. This place have a great selection of chilli sauces.
