After seeing the ad a few times I Tried the new Mac n Cheese, but found the sauce too buttery and not much of a cheese taste at all. Disappointed overall and wouldnt order it again.
Worst gnocci I have ever tasted. It was gluggy and inedible. This was the second chance I gave this particular Pastacup (being the closest to me) – the first being a good 1-2 years ago. It wasn’t good then and still hasn’t improved. I previously attended the Canning Vale one and it was a little better.
Most people I know are not big fans of this place…but I absolutely love it… it’s inexpensive and delicious… the quantities of serves are great and you can choose to eat there or take away… the dining ambience is not great but we are one of those who would love to take away and get going… the pasta is fresh and their creamy sauces are to die for… the angry sausage pasta is also great for those who love the tomatoey base flavor… they have lunch and dinner specials for $10 which is cheap…Bonus: delivery to almost any place 🙂
I bought vegetarian pasta from Cockburn pastcup. When I ordered I specifically told them that I want pasta with extra sauce and the girl who took my order she also confirmed over the phone. When I open pasta at home it wasn’t even normal sauce instead of extra sauce. It was completely dry pasta!!!!I simply called them to give feedback but instead of being apologies or sorry that girl told me that that’s the way we make it. And they can’t do anything else and behind they were laughing on me.Common guys don’t be laugh on your customers. That is pathetic and too rude behaviour I know they don’t care but I hope other Customers will think twice before go to pasta cup at Cockburn -WA
Good food but bad service. I tried to make an order over the phone,got put on hold for 10 minutes whiles hearing them walking around and cooking obviously forgot i was on the phone, then once i hung up and tried calling again 3 times they let the phone ring through. Not too happy.
Coming to Perth from Melbourne on a regular basis I always stop by pasta cup to give myself this delicious treat that does not exist over in the eastern states. Will always continue to return and highly recommend the 3 cheese ravioli with Halloween cream sauce!
Best value lunch. Always yummy
