Love this place run by a humble friendly couple. Great location along Cockburn train station. I have been patronising this bbtea shop since I was a student ard the area, I have sinced moved away but do return just for a bbtea treat! Wide variety of drink choices and very refreshing additions compared to the many commercial bbteas out there. Favourite options for young coconut snow with grape jelly, passionfruit fruit tea, peach green tea… too many! 🙂
Nice bubble tea place with a comfy sofa. The owner was knowledgeable and strongly disagreed and he stopped me from putting a flavoured jelly topping on to my almond milk tea order and suggested I have plain pearls instead good call.
