Time for a late breakfast and this seemed like a good enough place to try on the way home. We almost walked out as the staff didn’t even greet us, or motion towards us, or do anything that resembled attending new clientele. However, once we went to order they seemed to wake up. A few of the girls were quite young, and being a country town I am guessing they are quite shy. Either way, things got better from here and we ordered a couple of vegetarian breakfast (toast, hash browns, mushrooms, baked beans, spinach) minus eggs. We were offered extra hash browns so we took that in place of the eggs.I really wish I had taken a photo of the food. It was SENSATIONAL! Presentation and taste, absolutely superb (if you’re reading this chef, great job!). I would also have to say that the mushrooms would be the best mushrooms I have eaten. Cooked to perfection with whatever secret sauce they had. We both left feeling full and very content.If I wasn’t so full from the meal I would have loved to try one of the various shakes or iced coffees as they all have non dairy options available to suit. Overall a great place and would highly recommend it to anyone passing through.

Very Disappointing. Went here recently as a sporting group. Had booked so knew we were coming. Entree of breads came in good time and was pretty good. but took almost 2 hours to get mains and that was after I complained. When we got the meal it was very disappointing. Sauce completely covering the steak so that it was not viable. Very odd plating also. The group had planned on going back for breakfast in the morning. But went to Mac’s instead. Being an old pub it was very appealing decor and we did get a discount. But no return visit for me. Sharon
