Warm and friendly well-meaning staff, but not the best service. I saw numerous baby cockroaches on the floor, and the food was ordinary. I ordered the pan fried gnocchi with pumpkin and bacon, which had way too much pepper and it was a small portion – Im accustomed to only eating half my meal at Italian places, and taking half home, but I finished this easily and didnt feel overly full. The bacon was incredibly fatty and very roughly chopped, as was the bacon on a pizza we ordered (a Hawaiian, which was better received than the rest of our meals). The linguine marinara was reasonable, but lacking something in terms of flavour. Dont bother with the arancini. I think they actually forgot to put any filling in it; it was the dullest most depressing arancini Ive ever eaten. The pizza bianca entree was also lacking, but the entree olives were well received. We received complimentary pizza balls after a waiter managed to spill oil in my sisters handbag. The pizza balls were simple but nice, though they were the kind of thing I wouldnt go out of my way to order, but Id happily eat if they were in front of me. A wine we had brought with us was no good, so we gave it to the owner and said he could use it for cooking. We then witnessed him pouring the contents of our wine glasses back into the bottle. I know any bacteria from saliva would be burned off during cooking, but it still felt a bit icky and unprofessional to do in front of customers. When it came time to pay the bill, the wait staff left us waiting at the counter for several minutes. However, they were happy to apply two Entertainment Book discount/vouchers to the bill, which I could imagine some places might only accept begrudgingly. When we mentioned the cockroaches under our table, the owner said he spends a lot of time keeping the restaurant clean (okkkayyy?). Also worth mentioning – the toilets werent as bad as I expected. Reasonably clean, but one of the ladies cubicle doors didnt close properly and theyd run out of paper towels for hand drying.

We were called beforehand to move our booking back 15-20 minutes, which we complied with. Upon arrival at the time they requested, we were shown our table but were then left waiting for 30mins without any service (no water, no wine glasses). We tried to get the wait staffs attention on multiple occasions, but were ignored each time so we left.
The food was good. The staff members were very attentive. Quite sad the lasagna ran out but definitely will come back again. We had garlic bread , spinach and ricotta ravioli , spaghetti seafood marinara and aranchini. Our least fav would be the ravioli .Go and try it 😉
Have been to here on tuesday nights twice now and both times i’ve been left disappointed. Pasta undercooked, forgotten entrees and tasteless dishes. Pizza is the only reliable and consistently good meal. Stick to pizza. Hit and miss on everything else.
Had delivery – food arrived stone cold – can’t blame the restaurant on that, blame Uber Eats. The pizza – bland and bacon was all fat – definitely not worth $24 … 1/10 at bestThe lasagne – not bad but ever eaten a stone cold lasagne ? The veges … $10 for Veges … LOL By the way I downloaded this app to write this as my first post
Been to this restaurant on a couple of occasions. The service was very average, rushed and disorganised. I was born in northern Italy and was expecting to have authentic food such as spaghetti carbonara. The dish served was certainly not authentic Italian. The dishes are modified to suit the Australian taste/palettes. If I go to an Italian restaurant I expect authentic Italian. Very disappointing!
