A rare lunch with my daughter ended up with feeling very angry with a management decision over paying for sub standard food and feeling very ripped off!
Very poor service. drinks and food come out scattered and not in one go. main was served whilst eating starters and the last main arrived (after asking when it is coming) when my friend had already finished their main course. Dessert came late and also forgot about one. we complaint and got laughed at and also still waiting for a reply via email after sending a detailed complaint through over a week ago. Even after going again mid week, service was again very poor. That truly is the last time i visited.
Nice meal – cheap. Very nice meal with good customer service. Big portions. Only thing that was a kinda let down was paying 50 cents for a doggy bag and needing to scrape my meal in myself. Will eat there again.
Good cheap food, slow service. Im not sure how Hans has such low ratings as for the price the food is awesome, and better than most Thai places in the area.Service, or lack thereof is what is disappointing, but not bad enough to avoid for the super cheap prices.Food quality is food and flavours are great. Green curry, chilli chicken and satay sticks are always my highlights

Well priced and good location but food is nothing to rave about. Not bad by any stretch but certainly would not be racing to go back. Ate their with my husband over a year ago. Service was appalling. Went there again recently as it was where a group of friends had chosen to meet for a catchup. Once again the service was far from up to scratch. The restaurant was not particularly busy and there seemed to be plenty of staff – they just weren’t doing their jobs well.
Terrible Service and Nuisance. We had our dinner on Saturday 28/12 at Rockingham. The Staffs were very rude. To have some serviettes and some extra cutlery we had to ask about 5 times for that to be provided. The service was really poor by providing wrong dishes for the order made. I ordered Fried rice without seafood and was served with PRAWNS which was clearly visible. Then we ordered the same fried rice again and got the second one with completely different taste. Also they started to repair broken tables and chairs during the working hours and it was highly annoying with all the bangs hearing throughout our dinner.
