Hogs Breath Cafe in Rockingham is a great restaurant for family outing or even meeting with friends. The customer service is great and the decor and interior design of the restaurant brings life to the venue with sporting videos on repeat throughout the venue on TV Screens. The food is great and well presented on the plate. Waiting time for the food isn’t too long but downside to the venue is it can get quite loud during busy hours.
I loved hoggies when the fiance and us first went, for months we were going at least once a fortnight. Now the food tastes different. The service has changed a bit too, it’s not as friendly and prompt like it used to be. Quite dissatisfied with our last visit with not accepting the loyalty card for lunch. We won’t be going back much anymore.
I’ve been here a few times and until now I’ve never had any complaints. Just the other day we dined here for lunch at about 2:30ish. We didn’t order anything difficult just a bit of grilled Barra with veggies and a veggie burger. Our food didn’t get served to us until 4:00! And there were only 2 tables waiting. Honestly this was one of the slowest serving times I’ve ever had. Then when the food came, the fish was dry and had no sauce and the burger tasted like mayo in a bun. The staff were friendly when we complained and gave us a discount. I won’t let this one bad experience stop us from going again, but if we get the same treatment next time we certainly won’t be returning.
Rushed meal no service staff need training and food is very ordinary . Noisy atmosphere with no class.Never going back EVER AGAIN. Possibly the worst meal I’ve had. YUK
The last few times I have been here with my two young kids this place has definitely stepped it up. The steaks have been amazing and the service has been fantastic. One of the waitresses Francis has served us for the last couple of times and she has been the best waitress that I have come across in a very long time, always so helpful, friendly, smiling she always appears to genuinely care about the service she provides. I have been telling all of my friends how much better this place has become within the last 6+ months and highly recommend them going there.
Worth the visit to Rockingham if you’re a fan of smokey, melt in your mouth pork ribs. I couldn’t get enough on my most recent visit. The restaurant itself is quite loud and very busy, but nice for a casual dining experience. Staff are on the ball too.
Terrible takeaway food at restaurant prices. Never ever again. Fatty burnt meat, pepper stake sauce from a can, tasteless overdone calamari, kid’s food inedible.
