Absolutely love this place! It’s become our regular when we head down south. The pizzas are too die for! Always really good, have also tried the wedges and fish in the past and it’s all been very good!
Went for Sunday lunch and surprisingly most of the tables were booked out already. We could only sit outside or some high bench near the bar. However, doesn’t matter, full of family and friend’s feel as each table are working hard to social, drink and eat ! The beer are bloody cold and fresh, you can’t miss it ! The food we only tried a starter octopus and house-made pizza, both are lovely ! The boy serving us is very friendly and spotted the dirty plate when he bought over and changed for us immediately. He also pro-actively bring us the cutlery which supposed to be self-served. The outdoor surrounding is a nice place, despite it’s a cold on that day. All in all, a very enjoyable and lovely lunch !
Went for lunch sunday afternoon with a group of friends, it took an hour and a half for our lunch to come out to us which was terrible, staff didnt even communicate how late it was going to be, prawn tacos tasted great though, will not be rushing back
This is a cool little spot for a get together for drinks and or a bite to eat. There’s plenty of seating options, both inside and out, a large play area for younger children and heaps of grassy spots for laying back and chilling out. My wife enjoyed her fish and chips, with the fish being succulent and the beer battered chips having a good amount of crunch – they were very morish, and I happily obliged to help her finish them off. My salt and pepper squid on a bed of Caesar salad was oh so good!! Never thought of combining the two, but it really worked! A glass of dry rosé and a pint of special pale ale were perfect for washing it all down, and all up that cost $75, which felt a little pricey, but hey, what you gonna do?
