Lunch at St Allard Eco Resort Restaurant. We had the most amazing lunch at this restaurant! The menu provided a selection of very tempting dishes as well as a board with daily ‘specials’ which was equally enticing. My husband selected the Duck Salad & I had the Barramundi. Each came with various fresh produce & herbs from their gardens.The Jarrah Smoked Duck Salad was a ‘surprising & inspired combination’ while the perfectly cooked Barramundi with the thinly sliced potato ‘chips’ on the freshly made hollandaise was delicious. The fish roe decoration made the finishing touch.We didn’t BYO but chose their freshly squeezed apple juice. Refreshing on a hot day! Our desserts were superb. Terrific chef(s) & the service was second to none. We couldn’t fault anything.We plan to take our overseas family for a treat next weekend!
