Waited for 4 minutes to order a coffee and cake at the counter today. Three staff all chatting and avoiding eye contact with me. Not one asked if I wanted to order anything. Would be okay if the cafe was busy but only one person sitting down and already served. One other person waiting for their order. They would have known I hadn’t been served. Ended up walking out and spent my $50 at another cafe! The coffee and cakes are good but don’t go here if you want good service.
We go here for cakes and bread- the sourdough is always lovely and crusty on the outside and warm and soft within. The tarts are also good- try the strawberry one which is filled with strawberries and custard!
