Nice friendly staff and the food and coffee are fine BUT don’t go there on a Sunday morning if you want a quiet breakfast as there is a group of middle aged women who bring their dogs along and the noise they all make is unbearable. One woman in particular has the most inane laugh that you will want to leave as soon as you hear it. Their dogs bark (probably because they can’t stand the noise either) but the owners don’t attempt to hush them up. Sad thing is that no one will ask them to curb their behaviour as they bring in coin.
