A lovely place for a meal. Clean and relaxing with lovely staff. The prices are reasonable too. The eggs Benedict had a delicious sauce. The British breakfast was tasty, nice sausage and bacon, egg, tomato , baked beans and GF toast. I would come again.

A venue that still has a bit more to build upon to be appealing. The clientele are clearly parochial, and I was excited to see some menu items that are culturally unique – think blood sausage and haggis. Alas, these were not the hearty staples of the UK, but overpriced sides poorly prepared.Food was ok, service was youthful but patchy (I am still amazed with any service venue that allows their staff to use mobiles phones when service is on). Coffee was ok, but not amazing. There are some interesting promotions to drive business, but judging by the fact that surrounding restaurants were busy while this was quiet I would suggest they are out of necessity and not interest. In all, I would say this is charming, but overpriced and under whelming. You’d do better to try the restaurants closer to the cinema.

I visited the British Bistro yesterday, I would say that the menu has a good selection, the restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. I had the scampi, it was good, but certainly wasn’t of a very high quality (think Tesco value range). The wife had the daily special which was chicken carbonara, she said it was a bit bland, but edible. Would I go back? I would say yes, but it’s not high on my priority list.

I’ve been here a couple times. It’s not bad but it’s nothing great either. I find it to be a comfortable relaxed atmosphere and the staff are great but it feels like there’s something missing.

Excellent food. Even better service. Lots of choice. Very British and cute. Wonderful decor. First choice for family dinners. Highly recommend.
