Wasn’t happy with the food here at all. I found it abit below average quality. I prefer to use the other Chinese up the road.
Picked up the food and took the less than 5 minute drive home to find that it was stone cold, lemon chicken was rubberier than a fleshlight, lemon sauce like jelly, fried rice was tasteless, sweet and sour sauce entirely sour, tiny portions, too expensive. Never ever ever ever ever ever again. Did I say never ever?
I write this review as I’m eating my cold food that just arrived. This is probably the worst Chinese I’ve ever eaten. The food is cold, spring rolls are soggy and I assume days old, sweet and sour sauce is a sour mess, and the satay chicken is watery and tasteless, and dry with little sauce. Ordered online and considering the minimum order is $50 you think the food would be good. When I called yo check on my order, the young girl on the phone had the IQ of a pre schooler, had no idea what was going on and just kept saying ‘huh?’ ….Never again
Not bad but also not great. The food was ok, I couldn’t decide on a main so decided to get a few sides and entrees to nibble at. The beef fried rice was good, but the spring rolls were almost completely tasteless, and what little taste they did have was quite horrible. My friend had the wonton soup and a noodle dish, the soup was strange tasting and the noodles were very dry. Perhaps the biggest let down was the decor and surroundings. The furniture and interior is so old and dated that it almost feels dirty and uncomfortable to dine in, quite disappointing. While this isn’t a terrible place, I will not be rushing back.
The fried rice was a little oily but your standard chinese takeaway and the honey chicken was nice. The service was fast and efficient and you can order through menu log.
User reviews. The worst restaurant food ever. staff even changed a babys nappy on a table. Instant noodles used for the singapore noodle dish & then I had to send it back as it had no flavour. shame, because it has a good position.
Yuk, gross, inedible, horrible food!!. Can honestly say this was the most disgusting meal I have ever eaten in a restaurant and I’ve eaten at many. Ordered curry combination which had the most gluggy foul sauce, with some chopped up carrot, capsicum and some horrible pieces of meat. Basically had three spoons and left the rest on the place, it was inedible, thought about taking it home to the dog but I like our dog too much for that. My husband’s had spicy pork which was definately no better. Decor was old and tasteless (in hindsight should have walked at first sight). If you want an enjoyable night out, walk past, don’t even think about going in!!!!
