Just been out to this restaurant this evening to celebrate my Sons 11th Birthday. The Staff were friendly and helpful, the food arrived quickly. Unfortunately the food was at best mediocre, not very well presented and to be honest was not much more than a McDonalds burger for 4 x the price. Way over priced for what the restaurant offers. Finally we had mentioned twice and asked for a candle or sparkler for my sons desert but it never came. We gave up in the end and paid the bill and left.
The venue was clean and tidy, wait staff were helpful and friendly. As soon as it got busy everything went to. Chaos and appeared out of control. The meals were delivered cold including one kids meal being sent back as it was that cold it wasn’t edible (mac and cheese). The sides of vegetables were also cold on receiving our meals. Whilst the place is kid friendly for the playground, unfortunately the price you pay is not worth way you receive. Fresh fish and chips in the park may be nicer!
