The restaurant is warm and inviting, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is exquisite!Delicious and clever, hearty and unpretentious dishes. Silas showcases amazing local produce in unique ways drawing influence from various cultural influences such as Java and Fiji.It is worth spending the extra money to dine at such a standout restaurant. Expect to pay $150 per couple for a two course meal and a few rounds of drinks.Didn’t get to dessert as we were so full and satisfied, but everything coming out of the kitchen looked like a piece of edible art.Highly recommended!(The only thing I would suggest is to use the torch on your phone if doing Friday dinner as the venue has no exterior lighting for the paths)
I have to say this is probably an unexpected experience. Truly amazing. I like the fact that the chef comes out and asked us about the food. The food was excellent and the service was great. There are few areas for improvement but overall it is **** 🙂 (four stars)
Very grateful for the stunningly beautiful vegan meal!! I can’t stop thinking about it!! Thank you Silas, I really appreciate you taking the time to make this meal and your cooking tips!! Our whole table loved the food and we all can’t wait to visit again. Back again – just added a photo of the recipe for Silas’s stunning curry. Thanks Silas!!
