How could you go wrong visiting this place.Castelli family produce really great wines and they also know how to entertain. A fairly short menu but something for all tastes. Lamb rack was awesome.
We ordered two steaks, one medium rare and one medium. Both arrived like this. The cut was about 1-1.5cm and parts were rare/blue. When challenged, the chef said that was how they cooked their medium rare steaks! For the medium order, they admitted fault but served the same piece of steak cooked a bit more. I have never seen a good restaurant recook a steak they have not prepared properly, they always serve a new one. The waitress did not know how to pour either, one bottle of wine was poured out completely into 5 glasses. Instant fail for a winery. The lamb rack was slightly over cooked for medium rare but still nice. Ribs were tasty. So overall didn’t go home hungry but won’t be back in a hurry
