Ordered from Thai Delight from Uber eats on a Friday evening and the Pad Thai was delicious as well as the Thai green curry. Very tender chicken pieces and fresh vegetables I will order from them again
Quaint little cheap and cheerful in Dianella which replaced Lalita Thai. Food is not exceptional but ok for the price point. BYO (there is a bottle shop a couple of doors down).
Ordered food to be home delivered. Only 30 mins from ordering to the door which is fantastic and delivery fee was reasonable for $5. You only need to spend a piddly $30 to get a generous serve of veggie spring rolls for free.We ordered the honey chicken, beef in peanut sauce, chicken pad Thai and large steamed rice. The meals were very reasonably priced and portions were generous but the food was so-so. The peanut sauce was very watery and didn’t coat the meat which made it a bit flavourless. The honey chicken was battered but wasn’t like chinese style honey chicken. It was ok. Pad Thai was a bit claggy and dry but probably the best dish of the night.
I was devastated when the place was sold. I have been going to the former Lalita Thai for years. The new owners have certainly let quality and value for money slide. The take away dishes are half filled!!! I ordered the beef basil last night and it was over cooked and tasteless, what a waste of money. I’ve given the benefit of the doubt and tried three times now with the new owners and sadly after 10 years will NOT go back. Perhaps they need to look into getting a new chef as the current dishes coming out are of poor quality and certainly not value for money.
Fantastic food! Delivered 15mins early with perfect flavours in the cashew nut dish and very reasonably priced. Will definitely order again!
Great! Food was authentic and very nice flavours. Loved my choices Prawn Salad and Drunken Noodles with Chicken. The rest of the family enjoyed their meals. Dad wanted more ginger in his dish as he loves ginger – next time can you please put extra in for him! Staff very friendly and great service. Definitely be back, BYO wine and no corkage!
Good luck to the new owners of our local Thai restaurant, they deserve it. Both the food and service was top notch. We will definitely be going back, the sooner the better.
