I came to Dianella to do some shopping. But I needed a cup of coffee to get through my day. I stopped by Zest Cafe and I did not regret it. The coffee here is exceptional and the taste of the coffee grinds are so strong and bold. Customer service is pretty good as well and the Barista is do quick as well, and he was still able to greet people as well. I’d love to have a seat here some day.

Had a mug of coffee. And it was surprisingly good. Super creamy, the milk was sweet enough it didn’t need sugar, wasn’t too hot, wasn’t burnt, and the service was good. The barista, he looks like a student, and is always nice to everyone, it seems most of his customers know him, which is a good thing. I totally recommend having the coffee there. But their food and cake doesn’t look too appealing in my taste. But Im only there for the coffee. Good Job!

The coffee here is amazing! The young guy that made my coffee is really nice and talented. The temperature of his coffee is perfect. Not too hot, but not lukewarm. Just perfect. I was told that he only make coffee really hot only upon request. But I dont understand those idiot who drink their coffee very hot, at those temperature it burns the milld and it loses all the flavours. But luckily this guy makes fantastic coffee. I had a flat white, and it was creamy, well balanced, enough foam, and was present nicely with a rosetta. Best coffee in Dianella. Don’t drink the horrible Muffin Break coffee, they may have deals where you can save money but its not worth it. And plus muffin break uses horrible milk, and very bland coffee beans. GO TO ZEST CAFE! If that guy is working there.

Woeful. Kids wanted pancakes. They served up pre made store bought cold pancakes . No decent vego options. Unless you count frozen hash brown and toast as one. Out dated menu. And tired looking decor.

Worth a try. If you don’t mind sitting amongst all the oldies in the caf then this place is worth a try! I think it has had a recent change in owners because our experience was far better than some reviewers. We ordered hot drinks and we both loved them. Followed by salt & pepper squid & lasagne with chips. OMG the portion for the lasagne which was their special @ $10.50 was HUGE!!! We really enjoyed it, doesn’t have a lot of ambience as it seems out of place but the oldies love it, and they are pensioners so it must be a good place to spend your money! Also commend the young boy working there … he was on the ball & an excellent waiter!

I order a regular take away coffee and a toasted sandwich to eat in- I am served a small coffee – when I ask for a regular coffee, I’m told that I can only have a small because I’m eating there? I try to explain I didn’t ask for or want or pay for a small coffee and I’d like a regular – I was slammed down a regular coffee cup with my coffee splashed in and topped up with milk – when I tried to take a photo of the difference in sizes I was banned from the cafe … This saddens & angers me as the majority of their customers are elderly pensioners – I will make a complains to consumer protection as they are most definitely displaying false advertising & I doubt the pensioners are even realising … Ggrrrrr

Just ok. Stopped by for a snack on Tuesday afternoon. My husband had a chicken and avocado panini which he said was nice however he had 2 chicken bones in his sandwich which was not so enjoyable. I had a scone with jam and cream but unfortunately it was dry, had minimal jam and the cream seemed like the canned spray stuff. Was disappointed. The coffee and service was fine tho and the place was noticeably very clean.I agree with a previous reviewer, this place needs some TLC.
