Great seafood if you only want barramundi. View is blocked by the vegetation and the table furniture could do with a clean. Very overpriced for food that is just ordinary. Wine list is great
Nice location. Worth a visit. We just stopped in for coffee which was sadly disappointing. Only had cows milk. No soy. No almond. Coffee was average. Service was ok but the Lady was rude at the counter when ordering.
I heard a lot of good things about this restaurant and was super keen to check it out whilst in Broome. Food:I ordered the Famous Barramundi Wings – Good serving size but not enough sauce so tasted quite dry. Hubby ordered Chilli King Prawns (hot) – Not very spicy but sauce was tasty over the chips. Service: Everyone was friendly and helpful. Atmosphere:The views weren’t as good as I thought it would be. Nice and relaxed mood. You’re paying for restaurant prices at a pub. Views and food weren’t good enough to justify the prices.
The only thing worse than the prices was the service. The lady behind the counter was extremely unfriendly and unaccommodating to one minor alteration to our order. She would have been more suited to a cheap kiosk which is what this place should have been. The grilled barramundi was tough and expected from a cheap fish and chip store, not a 5 star rated Zomato restaurant. The only thing that resembled the 5 stars was the prices. $2.50 surcharge for an extra slice of lemon and $2.50 for tomato sauce left our jaws on the floor. We were also left very confused when our medium battered barramundi consisted of 2 pieces while our grilled large barramundi only had one piece. A very unhappy 30th birthday lunch for me.
