Ordered for takeaway. The pad Thai was meh. Definitely very average in comparison to others weve had and ended up being given to the toddler who is not fussy with his food at all. The Thai Beef salad had very large tough beef that looked boiled and extremely tough. Most other restaurants do thinner slices and grilled or at least pan fry for a caramelised tender finish with more depth of flavour. The vegetables were thick chunky pieces not bite sized and not much of a salad really as opposed to just lettuce, onion, celery and capsicum. And the dressing oh my goodness it was just soup. Just looked like there was no care taken in its preparation, something Id expect from a fast food or food court. The fried rice was bland which was perfect for my fussy 9 y/o son who loves bland food, so that was kinda ok I suppose lol Sorry but I will not be returning and most definitely can not in good conscience recommend this place when there are so many good food around to chose from around there.

Has to be the best Thai restaurant in Mandurah. The food is authentic and very tasty. The service is outstanding particularly from the farung!
Silk Thai never disappoints. Authentic Thai, great service, fast and reliable. My favourites Pad Kee Maow with duck and Gaeng Keow Warn, sharp and sweet, the mainstay of Thai curries.
Things I liked – Food was yummy. We had a pad thai and fried rice (not my choice but compromised for bae). The pad thai was The fried rice was kinda bland but apparently good Also had a fried tofu with peanut sauce. Service was quick and fast. There was an old lady who was eccentric and made a huge scene (in a fanny way) when the hot plates were delivered to a table each time. Servings were huge. It was kinda pricey but I guess the sizes make up for it. Didn’t like – Wanted to mix up the entrees a bit, ie 2 of this or 2 of that, but the waiter wouldn’t accommodate this at all. Disappointed.
Great food…very fresh !! Love the Massaman beef and chicken cashew stirfry. Speedy and reliable delivery service as well !! Friendly staff, would definitely recommend Silk Thai
Busy restaurant on a Saturday night – book ahead for a table if you can. We had the cashew wok stirfry: there were a few cashew nuts and the sauce tasted more like oyster sauce than anything else. The satay stirfry was nice with plenty of fresh vegetables.
