My family and I went for what we expected to be a nice dinner last night. The presentation of the food was less than 1, but unfortunately 0 is not given as an option. The garlic bread looked like it was picked from Woolworths and shoved on a plate. Steak was undercooked and mushroom sauce was cold. Very disappointing and it looks like it is under new management, usually our meals at highway are always spectacular but we left disgusted and disappointed. We will not be going back again.
Have had several meals here most were reasonable barring the last two. I ordered a main and an entree to which both meals arrived at the same time so my main was kept warm while eating my entree, so my main was ok but could of been too notch. My latest i never got to eat due to the fact they didn’t plate what i ordered which was steak mash and veggies., but came with chips and coleslaw. They took 5 minutes to get mash and veggies while my steak got cold and did nothing about removing the chips let alone the coleslaw juices drowning my steak. I refused to eat it so they removed it still not fixing the problem. Bloody ordinary is all I can say.

Try Tuesday promotion steak and chicken breast, kid menu of fish and chips and pizza, kid menu is in reasonable size, environment is great, recommended to make reservations to ensure having a nice table. Staff was friendly but a bit busy during peak time, didn’t try the handmade bread that seem many people ordered. Will try agin
This place has been done up really well – huge range of beers on tap – great to watch the footy and a tab. I had the steak sandwich and was great for the price.. Couldn’t fault it..
