This is my favourite restaurant in Bunbury. Putting aside the good service, the calm decor and the brilliant view (that you can only see, if you go during the day) the food is spectacular! We ordered the bruschetta and the scallops, as entrees and I had the roasted pork belly and morton bay bug tails, as a mains. The desserts sounded great, but I never have any room left, after my entrees and mains!The highlight of my dining experience was the tomato risotto that the scallops were served on top of, and the pork belly that accompanied the morton bay bug tails. The scallops were cooked well and delicious, but that smoked tomato risotto was jam packed with flavour. The chefs in this kitchen know how to use flavours that compliment each other. The pork belly was well cooked and the crackle was done to the ultimate crunchy texture, but chewy core. I was beyond impressed and my colleagues shared similar sentiments. I can’t wait to come back!

Superb!. Not knowing Bunbury made it difficult to decide on special place to go for dinner. Urbanspoon helped to define some choice but the ones we wanted were booked full. Decided to try the Lighthouse Beach Resort and absolutely loved it.The staff were very attentive to all patrons in the restaurant without hovering or being pushy.The food was superb. Could not have wished for better. We had 1) the fish of the day:swordfish with additional green beans and broccoli and 2) tagine of goat with wok fried vegetables. We finished every last bit it was so good! We even had dessert: peach with beetroot chips and sauce and macadamia ice cream. Have never had beetroot with ice cream before but loved the flavour and the colour it added to the plate.Would definitely recommend it and may go there again if we come to Bunbury again.
