I’d like to complain about the creamery. My parents paid $7 (each) for 4 milkshakes yet all we got was milk, I could not taste any flavour and we feel ripped off. I’m shocked and appalled at the state of the creamery now. Yes they may have more flavor variations but the icecreams we ordered didn’t taste like what we ordered and we had paid high prices for those. I hope you take this complaint into consideration. Again please consider listening to my complaint. Thankyou
We just had icecream to take away in a waffle cone and usually that wouldn’t warrant a review but there are two things I want to tell you. Firstly if you are lactose intolerant there are 5 options! That’s 4 more than most places have. Blood orange, lemon, mango, strawberry and CHOCOLATE sorbet. He was very happy. The second thing is that the service was very friendly. Oh, and the price is extremely reasonable for great serve sizes and delicious icecream.
The Creamery used to be a top choice for me a few years ago. I decided to check it out again and get the waffles like I used to and all I can say is that I left extremely disappointed and I definitely won’t be going back. Firstly the waffles weren’t even photogenic enough to even upload a photo, they looked terrible. The fruit that I got with it could’ve been displayed a little nicer and the waffle just generally sucked. There were two young girls working behind the counter, while dining a group of girls came in that must’ve been friends with this girl. One of the girls brought a bike into the store and was casually sitting on it. The employee didn’t bother to say anything about this and I find it unhygienic. The only good thing about The Creamery is their Ferrero Rocher ice cream but then again I can just head to Farmers Market and grab a tub there!
Nice place with a friendly atmosphere. There’s a decent range of nice tasting flavours, and it’s not too expensive. It’s a good choice for some take-away dessert to walk around with.
Nice treat on a hot summers day.. Dropped in after a swim at Koombana Bay on a hot day. Ordered two standard cones, one coffee flavour the other rum and rasin. Both tasted delicious from first lick right down to the waffle cone. Worth trying.
