This place was good and has improved, the whiting main is excellent, a great spot for a special night out, on the more pricey side but overall good value.
We visited Vat 2 for lunch. My jaw dropped when I saw the size of our serves. Luckily the restaurant were happy to provide a container for us to take the delicious leftovers home. We ordered the chicken parmigiana and mexican tasting plate, that I highly recommend. The restaurant ambience is pleasant, and the view of the Jetty Baths beach is magnificent. Highly recommend Vat 2!

Vat 2 is a restaurant with a lovely outlook across the jetty at Bunbury, and the menu is quite exciting with a combination of cocktails, share plates and larger dishes. It’s a nice big area with a variety of contemporary artwork. I started with a blue cocktail containing galliano and blue curacao – very nice.
