Hi Adam M! Our hot breakfas…. Hi Adam M!Our hot breakfast are not pre-cooked!All items on breakfast menu are made to order only. Free coffee or Tea with breakfast. Our Burgers, bacon & egg rolls/ sandwiches or toasties are pre-made for customers wanting a quick fix!. If you don’t mind waiting, everything on the menu can be made to order. It’s probably seemed like it was precooked because I dont muck around, as soon as the orders are in or even before it was in, I cooked it straight away, because I can hear the orders from where I’m standing, in the kitchen.Sorry breakfast came out too quick! As for our coffee, we used Silvana, 100% Arabica coffee from European foods. If you ever come back here again to give us a second chance, I’ll even let you watch me cook your breakfast & if you preferred your coffee abit stronger, I’m happy to give you extra shots for free! thank you for your custom & feed back.Much appreciated. Jerrica20 Jul, 2014Hi Terry! Thank you for ale…. Hi Terry!Thank you for alerting me to these matters!I’m sorry about the frozen ham problem. Our ham are freshly sliced daily. If you like, I can show you the leg of ham that we bought from dorsogna. As I’ve explained before, I set the fridge to the highest setting, because it’s constantly in use(open & closing). Forgot to turn the temperature down over night. Please let me know in person so I can make it with ham stored in the cool room for you. Will try to rectify this problem. As for me bashing the Asians, Chinese & vietnamese, it’s not what it looks like from the front! I’m Australian vietnamese myself! I take the piss out of myself all the time!I hired all those people, including Australuan, Irish, Brittish, Italian, French, & any nationality that’s willing to work! I didn’t hire them so I can make fun of them, I adore them! The only way to communicate with them, are waving my arms about & making hedeous facial expressions. Whatever you heard from the other side wasn’t a complain I made to customer, those customers that I joked around with are our regulars, they have been coming in for 12 years. They know me really well, otherwise I wouldn’t dare say things that I said, it will sure to be taken out of contax. Whatever i said about them to customers, I always say it with a smile, because I’m happy working with them, as a team. We were just larking around to make the day goes faster! It’s true, they don’t speak one one of English, but I still hired them, because they’re willing to learn.Sorry if I really offended you.I’m the most non racist person that you’ll come across! Please come in and say hi, so I can give you a refund for your ham roll or replace it with a free coffee.Thank you!Jerrica27 Jun, 2014Hi! To nom nom, I’m sorry …. Hi!To nom nom, nom,I’m sorry that you really hate us.Sorry that you got charged 50 cents for toasting instead of 20 cents. It should only be $5.60. Sandwiches and rolls should come in as standard size, not small. Can’t explain that one! Maybe cold day, yeast not activated?Sorry that I don’t know how to manage my business, especially after 12 years of running it.Sorry that I made you waited 5 minutes while I was communicating with other customer. Possibly because I was making their sandwich and serving them at the same time. As for you being overcharged, might have been served by a new team member.Yes, our pineapple is from a can.No, our cheese is not packaged cheese,We bought them from European Foods in north bridge, came in as a solid 3.0kg block, we sliced it using a Roband meat slicer. Our ham is not frozen, we use boneless leg ham from D’orsogna, sliced it ourselves.Only explanation for frozen ham on that day was that we forgot to turn down the fridge temperature before leaving. We cranked it up during the day to prevent meats from going off.Sorry to make you feel unwelcome and unappreciated. Please come in for your full refund .Jerrica Thank you.

Pre-cooked hot breakfast and weak coffee. Revolting.

Everyday I come in to get my coffee from the nice and friendly chap. He always makes the perfect coffee to the way I like it. He never burns the milk, as for the other people that makes my coffee its never to my likely, they either forget to put in my sugar or it taste burnt.15 Jul, 2014I came into the bakery to grab my lunch. Food is nice and the service is great, but the lady that makes the sandwiches was bashing on Asians mostly Chinese and vietnamese people, saying that they are unable to speak english and putting down asians people in general, when she is also asian herself. She has to be right all the time. The ham and cheese sandwiches that I order, the ham was frozen. (Stay away from the ham)

Best bakery in perth. Excellent selection of cakes, pastries, rolls etc and great cheerful and fast service from staff. Try their banana cake – delicious! A+++

Terrible food & service. Don’t bother,There’s a surcharge of 50c when your sandwich/roll is toasted and the fillings are so basic. I payed $6 for a tiny roll consisting of packaged cheddar cheese, canned pineapple, & defrosted ham. The woman serving is way too busy chatting to other customers to run the business properly. You’re usually waiting a good five minutes before she notices you’re there.

Gluten Free slices, biscuits, banana bread and pastries is TO DIE FOR!

Baker’s Terrace – Fantastic!. Sensational little bakery! The staff a really friendly and chatty. Steve and Jerrica are the owners and both work onsite. Steve is the master baker and bakes all the pastries and cakes on the premise. He is an absolute genius and his creations are to die for.Nothing is too much trouble and the prices are very, very reasonable. One recommendation – The chocolate custard cake slice is amazing.Jump in and try a fresh pie or sausage roll. You won’t be disappointed!
