After waiting for 30 minutes for service decided to leave and try again another night. As we were trying to leave finally got offered a drink. Lets hope 2nd time around is better.
Ate lunch here with my mother. They charged me twice when I paid, when I phoned to organise for a refund instead of checking their system, they ask for my receipt. Not expecting me to have it obviously. But I did.Its not target or Woolworths, Im not returning anything, you took double the amount of money you were owed.No apology for causing me inconvenience and forcing me to phone them to organise to be refunded. Their badly trained staff who could barely operate the toll couldnt figure out if the transaction had gone through the first time so re did it.Food was average. Doubt Ill be back with the way I was spoken to today, utter rudeness. I shouldnt have to waste my time fixing their mistakes.
Just don’t go. We had a booking for 7pm. Order taken and drinks arrived. That was the only time we were offered drinks. Our glasses were empty for the next two hours. Entree arrived after a wait. Nice food and then the empty plates stayed on the table for over an hour. Meanwhile other tables finished and left. Their plates were never cleared unless another customer wanted it. So the view become dirty dishes. Nearly two hours after ordering we got our mains. $42 for 4 mouthfuls of steak and dry mashed potatoes with view of dirty tables. Needed a side dish. Got up to leave and every empty table was full of dirty dishes. Looked like a war zone. Don’t charge fine dining prices and then never give any service.
Really poor experience. Waited ages for a drink, wrong entree, wrong menus, over cooked steak. I really can’t express how bad this was as an expensive night out. $42 for a sirloin steak and you can’t get it right twice.
Went there with my friends.The service was very nice. However the food were all over cooked. The salmon is over cooked and the skin is not crispy. steak were all over cooked.
A big disappointment!The food was not enough to share 2 dishes of entre & desserts between 4 people. My steak was tough and the waiting period was too long for what we got. Not enough staff. We didn’t even get our water filled after it was requested.Creme brulee was so thin. Would not recommend this place
Enjoy drinks on the deck area on Friday night, great lady singing to add to a relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful setting overlooking the Swan River. Highly recommend this restaurant /bar.
