A few plates of bites that we enjoy here:Jerk Chicken PoppersPotato Croquette (Meat)Charcuterie Board – good presentation and really enjoyed the all the selections on the boardDuck Spring Rolls – really crispy and full of delicious fillingDidn’t quite enjoy the Cuttlefish Tortilla that was too soggy. Chips were a little pale and plain; would have been better if they had a bit more crunch or crisp to them. Burgers were pretty average, but they’ll fill you up alright.Overall, a nice place to enjoy some drinks and nibbles.

@DaddyLongLegs_Bar has only been opened for a bit more than a year and they’re already smashing it! They have a pretty decent collection of craft beer, as well as a top-end cocktail list. Chad makes the best Amaretto Sour btw, you know what to do the next time you’re there!Beetroot 3 ways was hands down my favourite, salty fried capers went beautifully with roasted, candied and grilled beetroot. All those different textures and levels of sweetness ! Jerk chicken poppers were crunchy outside and super juicy inside, served with a creamy spicy aioli. Confit pork neck was bit salty on its own but combined with spiced apple and cider jus, it became a perfect sweet-and-sour marriage. We weren’t fans of the cured scotch fillet as it had a weird muddy taste. Hazelnut pure was unpleasantly grainy but pickled mushrooms were nice.Although the food weren’t perfect, they were well-priced and there were lots of potential. Would definitely come back for more rounds of Amaretto Sour and beer soon! instagram.com

The place is pretty cosy to have a bite and drinks with your friends and usually arent too crowded. The first time we came around, the service was a little slow but then after it gets much better. The cocktail especially the gin and tonic types are very nicely done and so pretty to the eyes too! What really stands up is how the food is very well thought out with different mix of ingredients which are interesting and different than your ordinary food. We tried the Churipan, Jerk chicken poppers, Bahn mi, cuttlefish tortilla, cured scotch fillet, soft shell crab, confit pork neck and cheese board. Out of those, our favourites are the churipan, Bahn mie and cuttlefish tortilla which has quite a unique flavours throughout. If you want a more substantial meal, the cured scotch fillet and confit pork neck is also very tasty. The cheese board is just the perfect dish to end our meal.

A causal bar and restaurant with small sharing plate and nibbles for people getting together. We are as many others, a table for two, and find the food are quite easy to share and the portion is actually for small group of people. When we just arrived, they only got one servant for service so we have to wait for a bit before seated. Obviously we are the only table with booking, he didn’t need to ask us my name to locate the reserved table. We prepared inside seating then we are directed to another table and the table is not cleaned yet. We have to ask him to clean the table otherwise he just placed the menu and drink list to the dirty table. The waiter is nice and friendly though. We ordered the food over the counter but we could pay after we finished everything. The food came out the soft shell crab is delicious ! The cuttlefish tortilla is impressive too. The beef bresaola a bit average. The flavour of the meat is not there may be it is still too cold. The drinks are OK. We got a glass of sparkling and a pint of dark beer (Nail Stout) with right cold temperature to serve. At the end we shared a housemade ice-cream but a bit disappointed. The waffle was soggy with the ice-cream is way too thick in texture. The jaffa topping got very little citrus but just sweet to my palate. alfredcslau.wordpress.com
