Coffee is almost like dishwater. So very milky. Way too much so. Cake is so so. This place has definitely dropped in quality over the last few years. This place was actually pretty decent a few years ago, but something happened. An ownership change, maybe? I don’t know, but myself and my other half won’t be coming back.
Terrible service. Made a booking over the phone, was asked for my credit card details by a lady who can’t speak english. Then I told her I won’t have money on my card until 11.30am on Sunday. Because that is when I will transfer money to pay by card to pick up the cake. At 4.30pm today my card comes up with a fraudulent transaction which is from Michels Patisserie. I call up for a refund and make a complaint. They wont do anything until Monday. So im robbed of $40.80. No reciept. No notification. Nothing.

Great coffee and service. You only need to go there a few times before the staff start remembering your order. Coffee is always lovely and the staff know that I like to warm, not hot and decaf.
