First time eating at the MDH @ Vic Park. Was hoping for it to be a pleasant experience but sad to say it was a downright disappointing one. Waitstaff werent the least bit welcoming and when our food appeared we were absolutely shocked. The proportion of ingredients that came with the black bean noodles () as pictured was hilariously shameful. When politely asked if it was a mistake, the waitstaff mockingly said just mix it and walked away. Nope, what you see is what you get. We had also ordered beef brisket noodle soup which was subpar – beef was tender but soup was bland. Dumplings on the other hand, would only recommend the pan fried pork dumplings… only if youre craving dumplings and cant access Northbridge where quality and service at Authentic Bites is much better.
