Walking into Panchos you are greeted with a heavily decorated, colourful interior which gives it a great feel. Restaurant is very spacious and we were easily seated on a Saturday night (with no booking). Menu is pretty extensive and caters easily for vegetarians, gluten free etc. We ordered nachos to share, which honestly tasted very much like supermarket taco sauce on corn chips (not bad but not great either). Enchiladas were ok, fish tacos were the nicest dish of the night, fajitas were a generous serving and quite good and taquitos were ordinary. Service was very robotic – you could see staff were just going through the motions….similar to how it felt the food had been made to be honest.
