Overall food was good and well priced, service was great. Feedback would be small touches here and there would improve the experience such as professionally printed menus, a sound track rather then the radio and the area outside is full of weeds and over grown grass. With small changes like this is because a finer experience rather then the local cafe.
We were the only people here and sadly it was terrible.Steak sandwich was tough and bread soggy, fritters and chips felt like they were left over from earlier in the day.Bruschetta was burnt with a woeful amount of avocado and when I asked for more they charged me an extra $5!
We found this gem in the Entertainment Book, it’s a little out of the way and we hadn’t realised that it had changed hands since it was solely and Indian restaurant. I had the corn fritters with salmon, and my husband had a big breakfast. The coffee wasn’t great but the food was all good. The decor in the restaurant is nice and it has a good view of the lake. Also the cake cabinet looks very inviting, I’ll be heading back in there sometime soon to eat some!
Was here with my wife as we have the entertainment book voucher. Food was edible but just ridiculously over priced for what it is. The venue looks really good, but the girl serving us really needs to ditch the mobile phone. Spends more time on that mobile phone than serving customers.
Charlotte is definitely one of my favorite restaurant/cafe in Ellenbrook. Always great food, 5 senses coffee, beautiful view, and friendly staff. I always love to come back.
Had the baked eggs and omlette this morning and it was quite good! The one staff member on the floor did a great job considering she made the coffee, took the orders, brought out the food and took the payments all herself. You should consider getting another staff member as other tables were getting annoyed at having to wait, im sure the young waitress would appreciate the help! Our brekky came out quite quick though 🙂
Had a lovely meal with my family here, the food was delicious and portions generous. Homemade cakes were gorgeous. Great staff and soothing ambience.
