We cater quintessential food at its best and have received compliments as well as complaints. We want you to know that we value your comments and will take whatever steps are necessary to serve our customers better. In the restaurant business our reputation and success is built one meal at a time and your continued patronage is very important to us. We have also attracted more customers who are loyal. We are getting not just customers, but new friends. This wouldn’t have been possible without all our valuable customers. Like with any other business, we do have our unpleasant experiences too, however we have taken maximum care to handle such cases as best as we could.Despite our priority to ensure our customer’s satisfaction, should you have had any unpleasant experience, you are welcome to come forward with your feedback. Long time very disappointed customer!. We dined at the restaurant after many years of coming to eat there, the food is still fabulous but the service and the reception of the place has declined since the son has arrived. We arrived on Friday night and we were a little late but still ample time to dine and enjoy our meal without being rushed, previously they allowed us time to order and enjoy. We were hounded to order our mains and had barely finished our entree and the mains come out., we were then reminded that they closed at 9.30pm and they just proceeded to clean up around us making us feel we were in the way! The place was practically empty and didn’t seem like a busy night, you’d of thought they would be thankful of any business that night and welcomed us with open arms! This is not the reception we received in previous years. I will not be dining there again, a waste of $110.00 quite frankly.
Hearty Meal. A great place to dine at any occasion. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with the aromatic smell of India. I had Tandoori Chicken, chicken tikka masala, prawns masala, beef vindaloo, butter naan and biryani rice. Succulent chicken served hot with mint chutney was too good. Liked the sauce in the chicken tikka masala. I would have preferred a little more spice in beef vindaloo yet the meat was tender. Prawns masala sauce was tasty. Butter naan was soft and complimented well with all the dishes I ordered. I along with my family had a good hearty meal.
