Miami plaza red rooster. I have just eaten the best Red Rooster that I have had in ages. I ordered a tropical pack for myself and a roast dinner for my husband and they were both delicious, lovely, tasty chicken, crispy crunchy pineapple and hot chips. I only hope that it is the same next time I visit. Compliments to the Manager and staff. thanks.Leonie
APPALING CUSTOMER SERVICE!. If you have issues with your order like I did, bad quality missing items etc, DO NOT expect help from the new management! She could not have cared less. They have staff that don’t even know what specials and promotions are being advertised and charge regular pricing. So check your orders guy’s! Can see this store will sink just like the Titanic did!……..Yeah so much for the ”New Management”
Under new Management. I recently went to Red Rooster Miami, and as i was coming in I noticed they were under new management. After talking with the manager I found out someone had recently bought it off the company as a franchise and is trying to get the store to where it needs to be. I have had bad experiences in the past, so I decided to buy some meals for the whole family to test out if they have gotten any better. The service was prompt, and the meals got to me within a reasonable time. I got a Original burger combo, and it was excellent. The chips were fresh and the burger was too. Red Rooster Miami has definitely improved under the new management, and i hope it only gets better.
First time I didn’t get any pumpkin disappointed but assumed a mistake. Second time cross!! Tonight I specifically asked if their classic dinner had pumpkin in it. When told it did I said then I will have it. Really really angry when I got home and NO pumpkin!!!
