Ask if they have fresh juice and they said yes. End up i sawing them pouring it from the big bottle of orange juice that you can get it from coles for $2. And they charge $6.5 for a glass. Food was good, waiting for at least 40min for the food. But it was fine since the shop was pretty busy when we went. Won’t bother to be back, there are plenty of restaurants around serving much better food and service with better price.
We’ve been here a few times and it has always been great! Lovely service, the food is great, it’s so nice sitting out on near the garden and I looooove the coffee. They’re always pretty accomodating with any dietary requirements (being pregnant I can’t have runny eggs) and they’re definitely reasonably priced. Will be back!
Terrible. Honestly this is the worst cafe I have ever been too. The food was horrible, had to wait 50 mins for a basic meal. The meals were also not bought out together so half could eat and the other half couldn’t. No apologies or anything. Such a waste of money, bitterly disappointed.
Another great visit to Cafelumos. One of those little spots tucked away in a little street that you could easily drive past, but it would be at your loss if you did. I have the Bruschetta and at $12 it was perfect. A great brunch choice to go with a coffee. Staff are always very good and the selection of options on the menu and from the display cabinet make it difficult to choose. I will definitely be back.
Great little suburban caf. Great food, pretty good coffee (bit of a coffee snob) and a fresh selection of baked goods always on display. Seems like there’s been staff turnover with the last 3 or so visits disappointingly ending up with incorrect orders. Staff at the counters have always been nice and understanding though.
Came her for Sunday morning breakfast. Nice hidden little cafe with plenty of seating. Still do table service which is rare but nice. The coffees came out prompt and hot. They forgot about the juice though. Easily able to order sides. Strange three of us ordered a side of tomato- one got half, I got 3halves and the other person got 4halves. Not bad but not great either. Portions small- depending on what plate you are looking at hahah
I have been to Lumos many times and sadly each time it seems to deteriorate. Today I had fish and chips with salad. The salad was sad, tired and clearly, prepared yesterday. It’s my last visit.
