Re Food is Alright. I write this as an apology to the previous review regarding The Wicked Chilli at the food truck rumble.I’m the gentleman in question who was short with you, I humbley apologies . It was a very stressful day and I let that get the better off me,which looking back at it was totally unprofessional .Since the rumble I know longer help at The Wicked ChilliThe Lady who owns The Wicked Chilli has worked extremely hard to get the truck up and running and she doesn’t deserve that review because of my rudenessI would like to offer the reviewer a chance for them to go to The Wicked Chilli van and prove that they are the person who wrote the review ,you will receive two free meals that I have payed for.Sincere apologies ,
Food is alright but not worth waiting an hour and ten minutes for. We arrived at the perth food truck festival and were in line at 4:20 and ordered the chilli con bean. We then waited for the food and did not receive it till 5:35 and the order was wrong. The gentleman at the counter then asked what we ordered and made it and when we politely told him we had waited over an hour and 10 minutes for the food, he was very rude back. The lady beside him was nice and said ‘i’m sorry we’re a new business’ which was nice as all we wanted was an apology. It would have been fine if we were given a warning for the waiting time but the attitude from the staff was appalling. We will not be back!
