The girl serving us was great, needs to work a little on her excitement and friendliness. Our food however.nasty.save your steak if you can’t cook it. Cheap mushroom sauce, gravy with mushrooms cut in. Over cooked steak and cheap dry crappy chips. Stuffed mushrooms had a strange curry trust, despite being called cottage cheese.. Overall, disappointed.
UNTRUSTWORTHY!!We ordered from here (takeaway) a few times, as time went on they got worse, like hardly any meat in the dishes, where there used to be good portions.The last time we ordered a few weeks ago was the final straw!!We ordered through menulog and paid with card. They delivered our food late and cold.We were missing half of our meal: 1 main dish missing 1 portion of rice missing, and the bread was missing too.The food that we did receive was AWFUL, I didn’t even give it to my dog.I tried for THREE hours to call them, but they had left their phone off the hook. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!Seriously, it is not worth even daring to order from here, it all seems ok for a few orders, and then when they mess up (which they will) they REALLY mess up.
Absolutely useless. We ordered one meal (delivered) living approx 4 minutes drive from the restaurant – the driver arrived 40 minutes PAST the expected delivery time. After calling to inquire where our meal was we were told the driver was in the wrong suburb but they didn’t think to call us and ask. Our food was cold and Fiery Flames refused to refund our money. We were also hung up on and spoken to very rudely over the phone. We are FIRST and LAST time customers of Fiery Flames. Not impressed
Happy Customer. A friend and I have been here twice now and we love the food. We have had no problem with service, they are more than happy to do seperate billing. I think this place is great value you money.
Buffet. Went last night 17/02/15 with a friend found the older man who works there with the grey beard rude and not friendly snatched money when paying and no manners food was good enjoyed buffet
Birdi. We just had a dinner in restaurant and service and food is terrible. No customer service.
VERY RUDE VERY DISAPPOINTED. I took my family here on the 18/12/14 for my mothers birthday, it was terrible and had I not been in shock I wish I had walked out. The man serviing us was incredibly rude and we felt most uncomfortable..I would recommend if dining in Gosnells for Indian that people go to INDIAN VILLAGE where the service is great and the food is even better!!!!MY FAMILY WILL NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT EVER AGAIN!!!!
