Service and delivery. I have been eating from pizzaway for over 3 years and so far their serivces are much better compared to dominoes and other pizza shops even though delays happened i was always called and told that delays can be expected because of multiple orders but the pizzas were delivered fresh with everything else and tasted amazing it was worth waiting for and they make outstanding pizzas
Very disappointed. Ordered 2 large pizzas and garlic bread for delivery. After 1 1/2 hours I called to find out where our order was and was told that it would be leaving the store in 5 minutes. I could not believe it. I was told they had a large order come in. They had our phone number and couldn’t even give a courtesy call for the delay. When requesting a discount, as it would be close to 2 hours by the time we would receive it, he laughed. 2 hours later we get a phone call saying they are lost even though they have been here on numerous occasions. We will definitely not be getting pizza from them again. Disgusting service!
