Yeah the food is good. But unfortunately the service is terrible. The woman who served us was brash and bitter and clearly didn’t want to be there. Then on top of that they charge a surcharge for using eftpos. Wake up Silvios, no one carries cash anymore, and you’re driving your customers away.
How fish and chips should be! I ordered the Deluxe feast for two and it would easily have fed a family of four. Lovely snapper and plenty of chips. The calamari was great too.
DO NOT EAT HERE, AFTER AN HOUR OF EATING HERE I AM EXTREMLEY SICK. btw I HAVE EATEN HERE FOR A LONG TIME AND AM TIRED OF BEING SICK AFTER THE CONSUMPTION OF THERE FOODI WATCHED HIM WALK BACK AND FORTH FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TABLE TO THE COOKERS ATLEAST TEN TIMES PICKING UP ORDER PADS, PENS, TOUCHING THE CALCULATER EXC, ALL WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY FOOD AND NOT ONCE DID HE WASH HIS HANDS.
Really good portions, and food is quite good. Although staff seem a bit rash sometimes.People at my work also get lunch from here as well as me sometimes and noone has had bad food yet.
Normally I get their premium fish, which is lovely and thick, but very expensive.My budget is a little tight right now so on Sunday 8th Nov, I got their imported Snapper – Never again! This is the worse fish I have ever had from this place. It was moist but to me it felt like 3 day old fish, battered and served up.I feed some of it to my dog and then got worried and threw out the rest out, just in case.I will think twice next time I get fish and chips. This really scared me. You may have lost me as a regular customer.
Fish and Chips. Delicious, juicy, thick.06 Feb, 2015Another great dinner. We order 2 fish and chips. Which was $8 each. You get a large piece of fish plus an extra bit and lots of yummy chips. It’s only Basa but gawd it’s so delicious we haven’t ever bothered with their snapper, cobbler or red emperor. It is always busy so best to phone order. Usually quietens around 6.30.
Snapper and fish. Just had the snapper and fish special and its up there with the worst cooked fish I’ve ever had. Was like rubber and very very dry. Our second time coming here and our last..only go here of you don’t know what fabulously cooked fish should be like
