The beef & chicken are over cooked, tough and tasteless because just boiled by water. We waited at least 25 mins when there’s no customers in the restaurant, and until we got out entree, there were 2 take away orders only, but we waited so long for 2 dishes. The satay chicken salad is nothing about salad, just with vegetables and it is a normal satay chicken dish so I wonder why they call it salad. Never go back again. There is no excuse for poor customer service. Diners should not be made to wait while walk ins are given priority. Even there are 4 take away orders ahead, we should at least be told there is a wait. Last week at Ribs & Burgers Restaurant we were told there was at least 25 mins waiting before we ordered. But in this restaurant there were only two take away orders done while we were waiting in 25 mins, this is ridiculous because you can say as many online orders as you like and how will we know? Again, when you know there’re many online orders, you should have told us but you didn’t that means you are not professional and not doing your job but add excuses to mislead other readers about the truth. If the kitchen can’t handle a small number of orders when there’s only 2 walk in customers at once, this is completely your problem not telling us to wait. The food was really bland and tasteless. The chicken and beef were over cooked. There is no misunderstanding of what Thai food is meant to be. Other readers, PLEASE, please don’t go to this restaurant, because I have a Thai friend who makes real Thai food so this restaurant is a sham!!
Slow service, food was ok nothing spectacular and wasn’t bad the restaurant was very quiet though.We had the chicken basil stir fry and the tom yum soup

This place is a must to dive for. Hidden Gem of Gosnells. Drove by and saw your shop on Albany hwy. Oh man I think your shop is a Michelin quality. 5 stars just for bang on bucks for awesome taste. Food flavours taste superb and better than the others. Value for money$. Worth the wait. This place is a must go go eat place.
Had takeaway tonight and it was really disappointing. No flavour, noodles were slimy and meat and veg wasn’t fresh. Won’t be coming back again.
Flavourished, good portion size, quick delivery. The venue can be busy on some Friday & Saturday night so booking is recommended. Will definitely be back again.
I was told that there is a new set up of an Thai Restaurant called Thai Bistro and Cuisine along Albany Hwy. in Gosnell. My group of friends hunted it down for a try out. Since from the review was shockingly BAD…We delibrately wanted our own judgement for ourselves. When we went in was greeted by a smiling face. Firstly to start with we ordered a serve of the entre of Fried Spring Rolls. Apparently at the first bite …IT WAS SPLENDIDLY AWESOME! Then started to order more! Full of satisfaction to find the happy friendly staff…FOR SURE WE WILL COME BACK FOR MORE!OUR SINCERE HIGH RECOMMENDATION TO ALL FOOD LOVERS TO A GENUINE THAI CUISINES!!!!
