Diddapointed with the beef dish, overpriced, I doubt that it was wagyu, raw and tasteless. No crust seared on steak, a must have. They were also promoting a SSB from 2002 which I believe had passed its use by date
Always good to go back and dine at Cullen winery restaurant. The wines are beautiful and the food a pleasure. Care and attentiveness from the kitchen produce excellent well executed dishes. Book a table as soon as you can.
One of the defining moments of our Margaret River sojourn is sinking my knife into this block of meat.So tender and succulent, the meat comes apart like a diligent chunk of butter. Paired with the flavourful broth and tangy young mango, we chat about how this could be replicated at home with each subsequent mouthful.
