Not sure if this has changed owners recently but what a contrast tonights dinner was to what we had a year ago. I am Chinese and its disgraceful that this would be considered Chinese food. Do yourself a favour and go to Dragon Palace thats now opened in Joondalup. Or next door for some of the best suburban Japanese at Shou. Tonights sweet and sour fish tasted like the sauce was simply squeezed out a bottle of tomato sauce, sizzling beef that was oddly sweet, dreary and soggy, and chow mein that consisted of deep-fried snack noodles drenched in a sloppy sauce that tasted of nothing. The only saving grace? The prawn crackers we ate to fill the gaping void in our bellies.
