Came down to Mandurah for the day and ordered the prosciutto pizza which is my go to at any crust. All the young girls working there looked and acted like they had been smoking meth, maybe it was a quiet night and none of them said anything to us when we walked in at first and they actually managed to put the proscuiito into the pizza and cooked it which turned it into ham pretty much, instead of just layering it on top like how it’s normally done. I think they did this so they could actually hide the amount of ingredients they were willing to use which was super stingy. Also when they finished our pizza they left it onto the side not sitting in a hot bag or anything and we didn’t actually receive when we walked in until we asked about it a few minutes later when we spotted it ourselves in the corner. The methhead at the counter sounded like she was talking to a friend on the phone and didn’t even bother to look at us when we walked in lmao.
I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my pizza to be delivered last night, I mean it was delicious but 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES I JUST CANT BELIEVE IT
They always seem to be understaffed. Why wait 30 to 40 minutes for pizza with barely any toppings. Maybe the owners should stop being pocket pinchers and employ more staff and give more toppings and less cr
Bait and switch.. The pizza we ordered looked nothing like the pizza in the pictures. Very light on the ingredients made for a very inconsistent flavour. I called to talk the manger and she offered no help. I feel that this was a total bait and switch. Crust pizza stole my money. I would never recommend.
My cousins ordered Crust even though I advised them against it due to flavourless, cold, cardboard pizza after a long delivery time. They were not happy with their pizza either. Called Manager, he was busy and did not return their phone call. Their pizza missed two of the toppings listed on the menu. Try Perfect Pizza instead next time everyone.14 Jan, 2015Wow this place has gone downhill since it opened. Started off always perfect and has just got worse and worse. We ordered pizza delivery the other night and it took one hour and twenty minutes. Ok I am happy to wait for something amazing. But this pizza was NOT amazing. The pizza was cold by the time we opened the boxes and the pizza was hard like cardboard. I felt embarrassed as I had raved to friends about how great this pizza would be.Crust Pizza Mandurah need to lift their game before many other customers also realise that this place is not what it was.
Great Pizza. Visiting from Brisbane and wish you guys were our local. Fantastic pizza, highly recommend to anyone.
