Was disappointed to see such bad reviews as I had already told family what we were doing when they came down to visit. We placed orders for delivery, and were told 45 min wait – spot on and the pizzas were delicious. everyone raved how good they were – thank you Crust.
Oh dear….Customer Service 101…people who attend your outlet should get served!!!! We attended the counter at this Crust outlet only to be turned away. We were advised they were short staffed and could not accept our order. If this is the case, don’t open your doors! Meanwhile they took orders over the phone. We drove from our home 12 minutes away to order in rather than calling ahead. I was totally embarrassed as I had a friend with me from Italy and I was reluctantly getting us Friday night pizza. We walked away in shock!!!!! After this I really don’t want to ever give them my business and if I could have thought of anything else to get for dinner that I felt like I would have chosen an alternative however, I had my heart set on pizza and rather than chancing Dominos I thought I would call to see if they take my order a few minutes later. I was not expecting them to answer….they did!!! After a short walk and stopping for a drink at the bar down the street 40 minutes later we walked out of Crust with a pizza. It was tasty enough although lacked the fresh basil promised!
