Overpriced, tasteless food. Very disappointing, such a lovely view but this place is not worth going to, it’s so echoey and loud and feels old and grotty.
Price rise. Ordered my usual early fruit toast in the morning. As usual, staff were friendly and helpful. However, $6.75 for 2 slices of stale fruit toast is undeniably expensive.
My kids and I dropped in at the Mandurah Dome for a sweet treat. The service was lovely (I think maybe the owner served me). I ordered the Vanilla slice, the slice I received was clearly ‘old’. The custard had gone that off yellow colour and was hard. I asked the waitress for a fresher slice. This was all not a problem. I received a fresh slice and all was well. Until I felt the eyes of the Manager beading down on me. Staring at me while I was eating my meal. I’m not sure what she was thinking but it felt very uncomfortable. I believe if I’m paying for food, I have the right to receive fresh food. I did not make a scene, I simply and quietly asked for a fresher piece of vanilla slice. I would not have written this review had it not been for the lady staring me down. It left me with not a very nice feeling.
Good coffee and great view
NOT HOW I REMEMBERED IT. I think they are low on seasoning today. Chic veg soup, pumpkin soup and pizzas had no flavour. I’d be hard pressed to come back again considering all the other options that now exist in the area.
Will be back again!. Good food, good atmosphere and good service.
