Coffee is always guaranteed to be creamy and strong. I was looking forward to my potato cakes but alas no luck as they were out of stock. The manager was very acommodating and polite and offered a change to my order with no extra costs. I opted for their new crumpet selection shich was delicious and filling. Will be back.
