First and last visit. I ordered wonton soup for lunch. Waited 30 mins for a tub of beige water with two wontons in it. $$$ The man that served me at the counter needs some training in #customerservice too – was very rude. Nothing about this place could lure me back.
We got delivery from here, very bland… we got a chiken lemon grass and chilli witch it tastes like corn flour and nothing like lemon grass on chili, it was very greasy, we also got the beef chow main witch it tasted just like the chiken not flavour what so ever and the beef tasted wierd.. considering we spend $60 we are very very disapointed. This was the first time we throw take away food in the bin
So disappointing that our last experience here has made me never want to come back. We go as its a yum cha close to home without having to go into northbridge. Food has always been average, it was just convenient. Though the last time we went, the food was disgusting. It looked old and reheated. The chicken feet came with a piece of metal dish scrubber inside. The rest of the food was so oily. My bowl and chopsticks still had sticky bits stuck all over it. When I asked for a new set, it simply replaced without a word or even acknowledgment of the situation. The floor was covered in bits of food and dirty. We didnt finish our meal of course. But still paid for the bill.We do hope this feedback is taken on board. I am normally not very picky with food or venues but this was not acceptable. Unfortunately wont be going back here 🙁
