The food along the buffet was at room temperature (68 degrees which is below health regulations) and unenjoyable to eat as it seemed like it had been sitting there all day. All the lids on the bain maries caused the fried entrees to be soggy due to condensation. Not only were the staff inexperienced and couldnt address basic questions, but also were unable to balance the 3 tables seated, whilst the food in refrigeration and along the buffet were messy and unkept to a sanitary or presentable standard. Will not be returning to this establishment as it was a disappointment.
