Lunch in the Swan Valley should be a pretty easy thing to enjoy But sadly it wasn’t here today. Average food- nothing stood out. Venue needs a good clean. Staff … really– need to engage with the diner. Maybe understaffed, and too busy to get to next person.Been to some wonderful german places, this could be so good– but it isnt. Can’t see a return, too many nice venues in Valley
Have been waiting to come here for quite some time but unfortunately it didnt measure up to all they hype. 1-The service was friendly but aloof. 2-The table was sticky3-The toilets were dirty and the floor covered in an inch of water. 4-Arancini balls were dry5-Chicken bites were bland 6-Sausage sampler was a joke… sorry, I know thats harsh but to receive a bowl with a few sliced up pieces of various sausages and a commercial grade mustard isnt the experience I was looking for. 7-The chicken schnitzel was dry with an over compensation of chips and salad. 8-The veal schnitzel didnt fare any better. 9-The share plate of the cheddar Kransky was so massive that we could only finish half the sausage before getting so sick of it we had to leave the rest. (The roasted potatoes were good though)10-The beer sampler was nice11-The sweet white wine was horrendous All in all I was sad when leaving. $220 for 4 people. I dont like to leave venues sad. C- SORRY GUYS BUT IT WILL BE SOME TIME BEFORE I VENTURE BACK AGAIN.
Good afternoon, I am currently at this venue and have been lied to by the barstaff, informing me that the bar was only serving Moscato, and yet he proceeded to poor the gentleman after me a beer. I am sorry but this is a completely act of unacceptable behavior, I am here with my family and have been refused service. I understand that this barman does not display the values and attitudes of the venue, however I feel as if I have been personally victimised, as such feel vulnerable at the venue and will not recommend to friends but rather warn to stay away
